Nemeth Sensei began his study of Aikido and Judo in 1960. He trained in Judo at the Kodokan in Tokyo Japan and achieved the rank of 3^rd Dan before focusing exclusively on Aikido in 1974. Nemeth Sensei has also trained in Aikido at Hombu Dojo in Japan. With more than 40 years of martial arts experience, he continues to train actively with many of the top Aikido instructors in the United States, especially Yoshimitsu Yamada, Shihan, head of the U.S. Aikido Federation.

Cliff Marcus, Sensei

Marcus Sensei began aikido training in 1969 -1988 under Ed Hagihara Shihan. Since then he studied directly under some of the worlds greatest aikido instuctors including (chronologically): J. Takagi Sensei, Y. Yamada Shihan, S. Sugano Shihan and has been exposed to many more through seminars and visits. He has trained in Hombu Dojo (headquarters), Tokyo, Japan. He was also awarded Sandan (3rd Dan) in Daitoryu Aikijutsu Roppokai from S. Okamoto Soshi. Marcus Sensei began leading classes in 1977 and continues his love of training several days each week.

Frank Johnson, Sensei

Frank Johnson, 5th Dan

Johnson Sensei began his Aikido training at the New York Aikikai in the early 1970s. He has been a long-time student of Yamada Sensei and has spent many years as a dedicated student of the art. He presently shares his love of Aikido by teaching the morning program at Aikido of Nassau County.
